Safe Contractor requires Clean Slate to provide evidence of health and safety training, site specific risk assessments and competent advice. This is easily achieved due to the consistent site presence, consultation and participation of workers and support by the management team.
Health and Safety Understanding
Consultation and participation of workers is not just vital to safe practice and procedure it is a legal requirement. SS Safety visit sites early mornings and late evenings. Ensuring workers know their opinion matters creates better understanding for SS Safety and safer, practicable and realistic practices for employees.
Training
Like many companies Clean Slate have unique policies and requirements. Identifying specific training needs, redesigning induction training and ensuring ALL employees and managers have awareness to key requirements creates a safe workplace with support throughout.
