Shaun has worked within RCS for the past 7 years,  as our nominated competent safety advisor and training developer. Shaun has created excellent management systems (9001, 14001 and 45001) to ISO standards and has helped RCS through H&S representation in multiple successful tenders. Shaun has exceptional accident investigation techniques and produces unbiased and thorough reports. Shaun has produced practical policy and is integral to all procedural development. Digital Learning Design

RCS use the SS-Safety bespoke interactive e-learning. The system is integral to our induction and training procedures. The system is easy to use and has improved the effective communication and training within the company. The system has helped make long term cost savings within the business. The training structure is tracked using an LMS with each course signed off with logged quiz results. The system saves costs on training time and the efficient fast creation of each module.
