THE CHALLENGE
RCS has enjoyed massive growth within the haulage and agricultural industry. A third-generation family firm which supplies fertilizer to the farming industry they were in need of a specialist safety solution to secure current contracts and promote growth. SS Safety was enlisted to review current practices and provide specialist support in meeting industry standards.
THE SOLUTION
Carrying out a complete review of current procedures SS Safety consulted with both management and the workforce to create practical solutions which would work within the business. Developing existing policies SS Safety also introduced new policies and procedures which would enhance the current methods and ensure adherence, cooperation and continual improvement. A safety awareness training package was also developed to reflect company risk and rolled out across every level of the company.
